Leather Blacksmithing Apron
Not afraid of a bit of fire or hard work, these aprons are made from quality full grain cowhide that can withstand a fair bit of harsh treatment. Perfectly suited for blacksmithing, welding or other heavy duties as well as a general use apron. The aprons are protective, yet comfortable and are not excessively heavy to wear.
Made using 1.5-2mm Chrome Tanned top grain cowhide that has a smooth finish that gives water resistance and good durability. This leather is also quite fire retardant and will help protect clothing.
Aprons can be made with a standard neck and waist strap both with adjustment, or alternately a Y-strap back design with adjustment (takes weight off back of the neck).
Whilst all aprons are made in standard sizing, if you would like custom sized strapping please make a note for those that are of smaller or larger stature. Average size of leather area is 85cm L x 71cm W with additional waist strap for adjustment. Standard sizing fits up to a 110cm/44" waist.
This product is made to order. Please allow 5-10 business days for production. Please note that exact buckle style used may vary slightly depending on availability. Caramel aprons have natural coloured strapping, Black aprons have black strapping. Stainless Steel is standard on aprons.
